Effects of this medicine

This medicine is benzodiazepine which acts on the brain to induce and sustain sleep. It is usually used to treat insomnia. It is also used as preanesthetic medication.

Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine) 

Insomnia: In general, for adults, take 1 to 4 tablets (1 to 4 mg of the active ingredient) at a time, once a day before bedtime.

Preanesthetic medication: In general, for adults, take 1 to 2 tablets (1 to 2 mg of the active ingredient) at a time before bedtime on the day before surgery or 2 to 4 tablets ( 2 to 4 mg) at a time before surgery.

The dosage may be adjusted according to disease, age and symptoms of the patient. Strictly follow the instructions in any case. Do not take this medicine if you need to get up in mid-sleep to do some work. If you miss a dose, can not sleep and have enough time until getting up next morning, you may take the missed dose. If there is not enough time until you get up, you may oversleep or the effect of this medicine may be carried over such as feel residual sleepiness or lightheadedness when waking up. You should never take two doses at one time. If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist. Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.
