The agreement on the use of the services of the Japanese registered export company (information about the company You will find on the website in the section «About us») and its Internet shop «Beauty-International-Japan.Com» The present agreement, hereinafter the "Agreement", is made by and between the Internet-shop «Beauty-International-Japan.Com», with address in a network the Internet http://beauty-international-japan.com , the "Internet-shop" or "Site", and the users of the services of Internet-store, the "Buyer", and defines the conditions for the acquisition of goods through the Site in the country of Japan.

1. Key provisions of the Agreement

1.1. This Agreement is between the Buyer and the Internet-shop at the moment of the order. The buyer confirms his consent with the terms of the present Agreement.

1.2. The present Agreement, and also the information on the goods presented on the Website are public offer.

1.3. The buyer can be any physical or legal person, capable to accept and pay for the ordered them a product in the order and on conditions, stipulated by the present Agreement, on the territory of the country of the Seller (Japan).

1.4. The Internet-shop reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement.

1.5. This Agreement should be considered in that kind as it is published on the Site.

2. Product information

2.1. The goods are presented on the Site through the photo-samples, which are property of the Internet-shop.

2.2. The goods may differ from photo-samples, but it will be conform to the characteristics of the chosen position.

2.3. Each photo-sample is accompanied by text information: price in Japanese yen and the U.S. Dollar and the description of goods.

2.4. At the request of the Buyer the Manager of the Internet-shop can provide (by phone or by e-mail, chat ) other information, necessary and sufficient from the point of view of the Buyer, for making a decision about purchase of the goods.

2.5. As stated on the Site price of the goods may be changed by the Internet-shop on a unilateral basis, but not after the order has already been made by the Buyer.

3. The procedure for the acquisition of goods

3.1. The buyer has the right to place the order for any goods presented on the Site. Each product can be ordered in any quantity. The order can be arranged in a Buyer in the following ways: decorated for yourself on the web Site provided the registration of the Buyer. The details of the order through the Site are described in the section "delivery".

3.2. 5. Delivery and acceptance-transfer of the goods

5.1. Delivery of the goods ordered in the Internet-shop, in the quantity and assortment agreed, is carried out from Japan to Europe, Asia, America international Express-mail EMS to the door of client. Delivery of the air-mail in the countries of Central Asia ( Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, i.e. in those countries, where the delivery of EMS of Japan is not carried out. Delivery time of EMS in Europe from 5-12 days, air-mail from 15-20 days. Delivery of large-sized goods, exceeding the weight of 31 kg, it is possible only to Russia by sea of Japan to the port of Vladivostok and then by Russian air-transport company.

5.2. Expenses on delivery of the goods undertakes to our company. For the Buyer, the free delivery. As for the large-sized goods, the site include the cost of its delivery to the Client.

5.3. Sending and delivery of the ordered goods shall be carried out in an agreed with the Buyer of the time.

5.4. The buyer must, in the presence of the courier mail EMS to check the goods in integrity, in the event of a failure in the presence of the courier mail and will draw up a report and submit its mail EMS. At the same time the Buyer should send the photos of the damaged goods to our e-mail for consideration of the complaint.

5.5. Fact of acceptance of the goods by the Buyer is getting it.

6. Payment for goods

6.1. Methods of payment for the goods listed on the Site in section "Payment and delivery". The procedure and conditions of payment for the ordered goods are listed in the same section.

6.2. The goods are paid in US dollars or Russian Rubles.

7. Special conditions, force majeure

7.1. The Buyer and the Seller are exempt from liability for partial or complete failure to fulfill obligations under this Agreement if this was a consequence of extraordinary events (force majeure) that occurred after the conclusion of the Agreement. Such incidents include force majeure circumstances that neither of the parties could have foreseen or prevented by reasonable measures: floods, fires, earthquakes, meteorite fall, explosions, storms, epidemics and other natural phenomena, as well as military operations, terrorist acts, civil actions disobedience, etc., which do not allow to deliver the order on time (delivery methods by air) by the Buyer.

7.1. The Buyer and the Seller are exempt from liability for partial or complete failure to fulfill obligations under this Agreement if this was a consequence of extraordinary events (force majeure) that occurred after the conclusion of the Agreement.

7.2. Upon the expiration of force majeure circumstances, if possible, the Seller shall resume the process of processing the order and its delivery after force majeure.

8. Special conditions when ordering medical products.

8.1 When placing an order for medicines, the Buyer is not entitled to refuse the paid order. All medicines are ordered by the Seller from manufacturers specifically for a specific Buyer.

8.2 The seller does not refund money for medicines.

The Seller does not refund or accept returned pharmaceuticals in any way once payment has been made.

9.Packaging during transport

9.1. Internet-shop sends orders to the Buyer in a package, the established international Express-mail EMS.

9.2. Bulky goods forwarded to sea transport in Russia (port of Vladivostok), be sure to have a crate for its further delivery to the Buyer on the Russian railway company.

10. Insurance of the order.

10.1. Internet-shop in a mandatory procedure insures all sent their orders through the EMS and air shipments.

10.2 Large cargo, delivered to the client in Russia, the railway company can be insured for an amount of 15% of the desired amount of the Buyer. The moment is discussed with the buyer individually.

11. Returns

Returns provided only if, instead of the ordered goods by the buyer, the buyer has received the wrong item, or a product that was mistakenly sent to the address of the buyer. In other cases, return is not provided.

12. Settlement of disputes

12.1. In the event of a claim by the Buyer, the Buyer may contact the Seller. The parties will take all measures to resolve disagreements through negotiations.

12.2 In the event that the Parties have not come to an agreement, all disputes are subject to settlement in accordance with the procedure provided for by Japanese law.

13. Amendments / additions to the Agreement

13.1 This Agreement may be amended and / or supplemented by the Seller unilaterally without any special notice. The seller recommends that the Buyer regularly check the terms of this Agreement for changes and / or additions.
